Where can I find what markets you are at?

Check out our markets page for the up to date information of all our markets we are at and when.
If an item is sold out will it come back?

Items that are sold out may come back into stock but it cannot be guaranteed. If you are curious whether an item is coming back into stock you can enquire by contacting Shoes By Rach on any of our social media pages or via our contact sheet.
How often do you get new stock in?

New items are regular, seasonal and on trend.
What payment options do you take?

When ordering from us via our website, you have the option to pay either by Paypal or via a card. You can now buy now & pay later via the use of Clearpay or Klarna. On our market stalls we accept cash, card or Paypal.
Do you accept returns on sale items?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges on ANY sale items. This applies to online and market purchases.
